I had very bad experience with Flipkart. Before this incident I think that Flipkart is very helpful and amazing for online shopping but I was wrong I have ordered a Lather Shoes of BATA company and checked-out with online payment and in the status of the order it is coming that your order will come in 5 days but it takes too long to come it's been like after 15 days. I received a message from Flipkart that my order is dispatched and it will arriving today only and then a message came that your order is returning back to the owner. Then I called customer care they told me that your item is not in a proper way means my parcel is got damage when it is coming so they told that they replace that and replacing takes minimum 7days and when I got my parcel then I checked it out and it was fake parcel. It was not Branded one. Fake product I have got, I ordered a Brown Shoes and it was Black and very cheap in quality and also it was not of BATA Company. Then I returned it also it takes so much days to get back my money. they deducted return shipping charges with my amount.
I lost return shipping charges also finally.
I was really fed up with them And be careful with them.
