Such a pathetic experience ever because of rubbish customer care response. We are constant online buyers and we as customers know how online business works and their rules and regulations but to all who buys from Flipkart never expect a customer care agent to solve ur problem. Instead, they increase it for you. 28/10/17 was our delivery date we ordered OD110577039264006000 a MI A1 mobile(rs.14999/- prepaid order and a birthday present it was) since it was business address and a 4th Saturday we called the customer care to confirm if the parcel is going to be delivered the IVR machine gave us the time 7 pm and to my surprise the agent also said it will be delivered by 7 pm on 28/10/17.
We were on leave but went to office waited on the gate for him to arrive until 6 pm the delivery boy dint not come. We called the customer care 4 times may be more than that and we got Mr. Pulkit untrained CSE on the phone arguing with us to wait as he cannot help us to get the parcel delivered. We asked for the manager he argued saying that he was the senior most and there was no senior person on the floor and will not pass the line to anyone.
He could have helped us giving a solution other than just repeating the same line "Ma'am aapka order aaj 7 baje deliver hoga aapko wait Karna padega' Please listen to this call if the calls r recorded that is. He did not know how to speak in English dint understand the urgency of the occasion. We kept the phone going on for an hour or so but he dint budge I kept saying to do something out of the box and help a needy customer and he kept repeating ur parcel will be delivered by 7 pm it's on his way.
Then I said what if it dint arrives today will it come tomorrow at my residence he said yes it will come home and he changed our delivery date and disconnected the line without taking the address or dint even wait for me to say yes change the date. We called again Mr. Yash was online and he repeated the same thing and disconnected the line.
Then we called again and spoke to a lady Sushma she on spot gave us the details spoke the truth that the delivery date was changed and will not be delivered today. She gave us the sellers number and asked to contact him for the address for self-collection of the parcel as it was urgent. We were surprised why the earlier agent failed to do this and wasted our time.
We immediately contacted the seller and got the address, the next day we went to Kalina and collected the parcel that WE PURCHASED ONLINE FOR OUR CONVENIENCE early in the morning. And to another surprise, the order details on the website of Flipkart shows a delay in delivery even after the logistics at Kalina opens at 6.30 AM every day this actually shows how efficiently the company works.
