I have been shopping on flipkart since many years and I have a lot of experience on this site so I will give you the right opinion about it.
Many times I order the product from flipkart but I have to be disappointed at times because of this the quality of the product comes a lot of rubbish.
Even if you want to return any product, you will have to be disappointed because even the product will not accept your return.
If I talk about delivery, then delivery also comes very late and will give you trouble. If I say flipkart.com don't deliver on delivery address I have to say my own then I have to go 5km away to get my product myself.
That's why its delivery is also late and does not even deliver on the given wake up.
If I will complain about the quality of the product or will take customer service all over, then you are not getting that too properly.
In the end I will say that I did not like the work of Flipkart.com at all, please do not order any product from here, it is a waste of money and time.
Apart from this, you can use any other website or application.
