Too Bad Experience Ever because of Waste Delivery Service . This time most of us online buyers and we all well known about Flipkart But after buying in case if products Delivery late or products have defects then you face pathetic Customer care service .
I order Kodak 102 cm smart tv(23k rs and paid money from cars its was Diwali present) on which upto(max) delivery date 17/10/2017 . Every process OK during order and I got confirmation msg also details and in end of day my products ship and I got tracking id .
as I aspect as shown on site max delivery date 17th oct so I think I got products before Diwali and when I call care they said they not know proper date but products deliver before promise day or on promise date .
on 17 oct when products not reached I just tracked and see products not his half of ways after I call care
there Answer -, 'Sir I apologized for delay I foreword your concern to our delivery team and they surely deliver your product next days please wait for 24 hours " after there response I ask "
Q -if products not reached tomorrow then?"
Answer - "Sir please wait for 24 hours and your products deliver at time, and you call after 24 hours " any other help?
after that answer I wait and when product not reached at evening of Diwali Then I call care and said
- I wait to many days for my product and now I not wish for it, so in case if I not got products in tomorrow date I cancel it,
so which products which on ways its reached in night on my city and deliver tomorrow,
about delivery -
-there Delivery services so waste they always Deliver products late and careless .
they put box and ask me some doc for verification so I not check box carefully and as there term don't open box before services engg so I not tough box
-and most time products box damage
-also they so bad for sensitive products
services engg issues-
as there rule services engg come after 3 days for date of delivery . but no response again I call customer care 3 times in a day but no one come and no response from service engg then after I talk rough way then next days services engg come
- when he left tv box and I see another side the bix are little damage looks like some heavy box put on it during travel
-so as we both think when box open the whole panel broken
-engg update details on server within 15 min and I rise return request and I got confirmation details in which they said products return done up-to 7 days
- after 3 days when I call care they said engg come to verified products and next process are proceed ok I wait but they said lie cause engg already update it details on server
-so I continuous all care for replace but no one come and they said wait for engg
In 12 days I continuous call and
-"care says just wait for 48 hours engg come verified and next refund process initiate, they gives always same reply and after 12 days they again rise time period for 7 days
-then I go very rough way then after that without engg visit they replace tv within 3 days also same they delivery and replacement
so which products takes 7 days for delivery this time I got within 3 days and next days engg come and setup it
so if I believe on care and listen them and wait for given time they cant helpful also there delivery service are totally waste .
