The Flipkart is the leading e-commerce website, having n number of product as best qualitative products. I ordered pigeon electric kettle from flipkar and they delieverd me a unknown kettle which was damaged and broken and also it was not of pigeon . so that day I called cutomer care and complaint aout it and they asked me the barcade which was on the box of that kettle and they asked me that whether I want that money back or you want to replace the ketle.
I decied to take my oney back ten they asked me whether I want money on amaon or in my bank account then I decided to get my money in my account so I told the and they asked my ban account details and said that you will get your money in 4-5 days.Then agter 3 days I got y money in my account . I am exemely happy, the after service is very warm and nice of flipkart . the delivery is always within time plus the money came in my acount within time. satisfied with the service .
