For the first time I had used flipkart to buy a mobile phone named Asus Zenfone 5. I had a doubt about online purchasing is better or not. My friend suggested me to buy in flipkart. So I decided to buy phone in flipkart. I had recieved my mobile within delivery date and the quality of mobile is also good. Customer support is also good and tracking of my order is updated regularly and it informs me via sms. I had totally accepted online shopping in flipkart is good and guaranteed. If our order is not satisfied then we can return the item. It gives 10 days replacement guarantee. Delivery charges are also quite normal compared to other online sites. Totally I had satisfied with shopping in flipkart.
