Flipkart one of the most used website by Indian user. Very relaible website rarely you would experience any fraud or dissatisfaction from this website. I would recommend this in a very positive way.
delivery time- might take a bit long but once a date is committed delivery would be done always before that not later in worst case on last date but not later
Refund process- very quick
Return policy- Very Genuine
user interface- one of best even website like amazon lags behind in this case and very easy to search a product
compare option- yes customers can compare products
price and offers- might not provide one of best offers and sale option in the market most of times but this is the only option where flipkart lags behinds.
