Purchased a mobile from Flipkart in their Big Billion Day. Mobile was defective. I asked them for replacement but now they are saying the seller is denying for replacement. So, now they will refund the money.
My question is do they value time. Can they return those time. I lost a chance to buy a same product from Amazon. I was getting same product from Amazon at same price, but I preferred to go with Flipkart.
Now, I realized that I made a big mistake. I am seeing lots of problem with Flipkart among my friend circle.
If a person buy something then it means customer want it. There should be no excuse for not delivering the product or refund of amount. The Online Retailer should arrange from other seller. They should pay the current price of same product. So that a customer can buy again.
No one purchase products for fun or entertainment. Most of the customer purchase because they need it.
