I have ordered a pant for my kurti in green color and I received a red color pant instead of green.
So I raised a return, the guy who came to pick up order said that it was not the product that was delivered. He said the product must be of green color. I said I have ordered green but I have received red thats why I am returning it. But he refused to take it back.
After that I have contacted to customer care and explained them all the thing, they asked me to sent a photo. I have clicked the photo and sent them, after too much of formalities they again suggested me to raise a return.
Again a delivery boy came and again refused to take it, after that I have shown him the whole chat of customer care and then he collected my product back.
