Hello friends here I am sharing my experiance with the Flipkart e-commerce website.
I have purchased a mobile phone of mi note was delivered before expected date and the time it took is so less then I expected so for that thumps up.
their are some issue regarding the phone so just called customer service of Flipkart then they guide me that follow their instruction.
so as per instruction I went to service center near my place and generate a report of issue and a courier is provided by them.
with in 7 working days then person came and handover me a fresh new phone and took the old phone. so I was happy about it that they give a new phone and then only took old phone unlike other.
the product was good and am very satisfied with the service provided by flipkart.
