I purchased Safari suitcase fibre set of 3 and got one black cloth bag with tampered packaging.
The seller/delivery team did not honour the flipkart return policy despite raising several complaints to pickup the bag. The complaints are close without resolution and exactly on 10th day they cancelled my return and refused to refund at backend.
I have become crazy with flipkart scam since several weeks to explain 100s of customer service representatives my complaint repeatedly
When they call most of the time they can't hear us. Blame game between seller, logistics team to and flipkart to refund. Customers are caught in crossfire and our thousands of money is lost.
Why does flipkart waste their money(time) on running such a pathetic customer service guild. And you also get enormous amounts of dissatisfied customers because you can't live up to the expectations of business ethics.
