Customer Service: Till now I never got something called customer service than throwing the delivery at me. No Service provided and customer care is simply irresponsible.
Product Quality: I stopped ordering in Flipkart. I ordered 3 pen drives and only two were working, third one never worked and never got return as I could not connect to customer care at all.
Delivery: Yes delivered on time.
App & Websites: Not as great as Amazon. Seriously not comparable. I could see same products are costlier in flipkart at least Rs.25. App sorry never tried
Reliability: I personally don't trust
