2nd day the delivery guy told me by 11am it will be delivered then by 2 pm
and later on never responded to my calls and again in the end received “delivery rescheduled”.
Then customer service people told me I was not present at the address.
The product I ordered was prescribed by the physiotherapist which should be kept on high priority by Flipkart.flipkart, but according to me flipkart is the best indian e-commerce company.Its return & replacement policy is far better than amazon.I am telling this to you from my personal experience.So I will stronglyFlipkart knows that many of its customers do not take the trouble of wasting their valuable time returning or asking for a refund for small amounts; which is the real gain for Flipkart.
