I have brought so many products from Flipkart. The Flipkart Service is very good for me all the time.
But recently I bought a flute from Flipkart. Flipkart says that they provide home delivery. But the Flipkart sent my courier package to the Flipkart store. Even I didn't get any call from currier Service. After waiting for 11Days I called to Flipkart customer care the customer care of Flipkart says that I have to go to the Flipkart store and pick up my order.
Flipkart store(E cart) 60 Km away from my village. This happens to me only for a single time.
Otherwise, for all my orders, Flipkart sent my order early than commented.
The Flipkart app provides so many offers and I have used that which saves my money.
