I was interested to buy one phone from Flipkart, and I had a question for the product which Flipkart REJECTED terming it as "IRRELEVANT QUESTION"(attached below)! So customer queries are now "Irrelevant" for Flipkart? Very well, my intentions to purchase a phone from Flipkart just became "Irrelevant" too, in fact Flipkart itself just became "Irrelevant" for me, I am permanently dropping the idea of buying from Flipkart.
Those who are familiar with Flipkart know that negative reviews are restricted to a limited number in Flipkart, that's why even products that are consistently rated poor in other sites get good ratings in Flipkart, now it seems that they even reject questions that they don't like, Amazon doesn't do such things so blatantly.
Flipkart email reply as below:
