Worst experience with flipkart. I had ordered first time some items from this website, though my friends told about its horrible services, I would not make my opinion without any own bad experience.
Firstly I kept on getting messages that my order is dispatched & has been shipped & even got the message that it will be delivered by today, as I was eagerly for my antivirus because present one about to expire in two days.
To my shock today morning I get the message that My order was cancelled by me. on calling the customer care they dont take any action against the delivery company, infact they behave like its a very normal/ routine thing! I had to put half day leave to get it from local shop. After waiting for a week I still lost my half day salary. and those people are least bothered to even correct their mistake.
I WOULD WARN ALL NEVER TO FALL FOR THEIR PRICES, BEWARE OF WORST SERVICES! YOU WILL REGRET!
