Flipkart is simply super fraud e-commerce Company. It seems that there is no return policy at Flipkart. I have been forced to write this massage after a very bad experience with Flipkart and when nobody has solve my issues even after repeated reminders. As on date 18.02.2019, my problem has not been resolved.
Vide Flipkart order no. OD114620364223872000 dated 05.02.2019, I have purchased a Micromax Canvas Tab P702 16 GB 7 inch with Wi-Fi+4G Tablet, I have received my item on 11.02.2019.
Flipkart delivered faulty TAB, Battery backup of TAB is very poor. with using internet battery drained in 30 min.
As per return policy of Flikart, I requested Flipkart to return the TAB. Technician visited and they stayed my home about 15 min and reported that without internet, battery drain 20% in 10 mins, means battery totally discharged in max 50min. Technician provided us physical copy of test report and told that battery is bad and needs to be replaced.
It was shocking, when I saw Flipkart rejected my return. I talked with customer care representative they clearly told that, as per technician report ur TAB is working satisfactory and we cant return.
I twitted and also wrote on facebok about my issue. Then immediately I received a call from flipkart and flipkart executives not agreeing with technician report( I mailed hard copy of technician report to Flipkart), it's shocking when flipkart mention that "technician not told that battery backup is bad, only mentioned battery drained in 50min without internet" .Flipkart trying to prove backup is fine. It's show how they make people fool by their own logic.
Now a days most the person using smart phone, I just want to know from all user, ' if battery getting totally discharged in 40-50 mins(without using the TAB means put ideally after 100% charged). When I connect the TAB to internet is totally drained in 30mins'. . Do you think battery is good?
This is the story of fraud Flipkart company. who only try to make fool us by selling faulty product.
Once again I request Flipkart to look into my issue seriously and return my TAB at the earliest.
