I ordered a product on cash on delivery but, later decided to pay online on their website cause their delivery boys always crib about taking payment only in cash. I paid online which due to some reason said pending with our courier partner and it was a successful payment for me cause I got a message from my bank and confirmed by 3 different CR guys from Flipkart! now, what happens is the delivery agent comes to my doorstep and refuses to give the parcel cause he wants me to pay for it again?! wow. he went back with the parcel as I refused to pay twice for 1 parcel.
