Beware of buying anything from Flipkart...its a fraud, they are cheaters and they don't hesitate to breach your trust. It is the most pathetic company I have ever dealt with. It is the third class E-Commerce platform where getting a good service is impossible.... The quality of support service is third class.... I am highly embarrassed and harrassed by team Flipkart for raising an issue against a delivery executive... Let me tell you the whole incident.
I have ordered a poco F1 INR exchange with a very good condition Motorola E3 power. The delivery executive to came deliver the package came without informing me. He reached outside my home and called me and I ask him to wait.
I ask him to that she should have called me before coming to my home. He took this on his ego and took out all his anger on examination off the phone which was to be exchanged. He was trying to find out flaws in a flawless phone. Then he ask me to either aishwaryasingh23 the exchange value or give me money. I simply denied him because my phone is perfectly fine which could be seen in the images uploaded by me on Flipkart grievance mail. I instantly registered complaint against the delivery guy and was expecting that a strict action will be taken and my phone will be delivered to me soon. Now it's been more than 5 days I have been calling and mailing my concern to Flipkart but no one is listening. They are simply acting as if they are some government office guys who are playing office office in the premises of a so called Big e-commerce company Flipkart. I kept on begging for my phone for which I have already paid in advance but I am not receiving any solution from them. I genuinely told them that my senior citizen mother does not have any phone and she is sick so please deliver the phone to me today itself. They simply kept assuring me for redressal of my grievance but nothing happened. Finally I beg in front of them saying that I don't want to exchange you take the exchange value and give me my new phone. But nothing has happened till today. This is not an attitude of private company. This is pathetic.
Highly disappointing.
then I request them to cancel my order from their end and refund me my money and I will buy some other phone from Amazon. They simply denied to cancel my order and kept misleading me by saying you will get a resolution. this time I shouted on them saying that I don't want a resolution and I want my phone for which I have already paid but nothing went into their brains. They simply presented an example of 3rd class service and and sales attitude.
And now they have cancelled my order. This is ridiculous.
