I am Abhishek Sharma. I have placed an order on 14 oct 18 poco f1 mobile order id (OD113637994334439000)(order placed time mobile no. 8449795945)on no-cost EMI with 10% HDFC credit card discount. The product was Expected to deliver up to 23 oct 18 . on 21 st oct, the concerning deliver agency (DELHIVERY PVT LTD contact no.01246719500) send me a msg at 13:39 hrs that my product AWB NO. (596660057726)is out for delivery.and the same status was showing in my flipkart account. but when no one attempted any delivery I called to Flipkart customer care no. on 22nd Oct at 18:20 hrs and executive ensure me about delivery will be on expected time.
On 23rd while no status was updated on courier side as well as Flipkart side and nor any msg was updated about delivery, in evening at 19:37 hrs I again called to Flipkart and executive raise a complained (IN 1810251335407269947)to delivery agency for updating the status of product, as well as delivery agent, must call to customer before attempting delivery because Flipkart was also unable to track the status , only last status was updated on 21st Oct. on 23rd oct same I called to courier team customer care no. mentioned In delhivary msg then they give me 24 hrs to attempted the delivery.But still no action was taken from both ends. so Flipkart register another complained to their backend team (IN 1810231940514657225)and told me to wait till 27 for resolving my issue .on 24th I called to delhivary courier team they also register a mail regarding updating info about product delivery as well as information must be shared with me by msg service as well as on their portal against AWB NO.
On 24th in evening I received a msg from delhivary side that delivery was attempted failed and agent no.was maintained in that . on 25th for rescheduling of delivery while I call back to delhivary the customer care executive told me that delivery was not attempted by their side delivery agent denied for delivery due to some eternal reason and I can pick my order by my self from delivery hub add(37/2/12 Near Pacific Business Park Sahibabad, Ghaziabad 201011).on 25th at 12:55 hrs I called to Flipkart customer care for confirmation of hub address they told that they don’t have any info about hub address where I have to pick my product so I can follow the instruction given by delhivary services for early pickup. Soi reached at Hub address while I inquiry about my product with AWB NO, They told me that the product was missing due to one of their employee steal their more than 50 product and I can’t get my product and same information they already mailed to Flipkart.
I was so pissed off then I decided I don’t want this product so I have to cancel this order for refund because my EMI will be generated and I will Face money lost . so I again called Flipkart customer care executive and request me to connect with his senior so that I can tell them about this incident almost 5 times (every time they refuse to cancel my order because cancel request was not pop up) i requested to transfer my call to their floor supervisor every time they connected and call either being held or disconnected by them. finally i was connected after waiting 30 minutes to floor supervisor ASHFAQ at 18:03 pm on 25th i told him about that and he again raise a mail to backend team (IN 1810251319560778755)and all the incident was maintained in that he ensure me to have faith until 27th oct so their team contact me to solve my problem, in that mail i also maintained if now no action has been taken against reissue of product or cancel my product for refund i will launched a complaint.
On 27th oct Flipkart send me a msg that they need more time to resolve my issue so I have to wait till 29th oct .after that for informing them that I am going to complain in consumer forum so I called Flipkart customer care one more time at 20:14 hrs their executive ensure me that he will forward this info to their senior but I will wait till 29th oct then I can take action .
Now 29th oct has passed no other call nor any complaint out of 3 has been resolved .
So I am sending This mail As a NOTICE to You that I give Fair Chance to you and your courier team that now I am going to the complaint a file in consumer forum against you.
They are mentally harassing me neither my product was Reissue nor my refund has been given.M moving consumer forum complaint to consumer court under consumer protection Act. With Fir under section 406, section 420, and IT act.
Because after 25 communication on call, 13 incident no. Already register with you, 7 communication through the mail, fake assurances were given by backend team as well as a business team that waits for 24 hrs to 72 hrs from last of 22 days.
