I had purchased Nokia Laptop form Flipkart, on 09-10-2022, from the first day I faced issues. This time my experience with Flipkart was horrific and I can't bring myself in terms to make any further future purchase with this platform.
These are the list of issues which I have faced:
Issue 1. Window stop working(Got Replacement of Laptop)
Issue 2. Hardisk issue, got solved after following so much.
Issue 3. Now, due to poor build quality hinges of the laptop popped out from the chassis of the laptop.
I also purchased Complete Laptop Protection(1 Year), Seller: Jeeves Consumer Services. Order ID - OD226104176717517000, Policy CLFKIN300922005885.
As per my understanding, the whole purpose of buying extended warranty over the brand/Nokia( Which is Owned by Flipkart Only) warranty in order to safeguard myself in situation like this, I am facing currently.
To my surprise after I contacted Jeeves Consumer Services, which is part of Flipkart Only, they refused to honor the extended warranty on my laptop stating that they don't recognize the warranty purchased by me and pass the buck to Nokia/Flipkart.
Now, I wanted to understand who will take up the task to resolve my issues and I need proper clarification, So I can plan my future action based on that information.
Kindly solve the issue #3, for which I already complaint on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/user/track-complaint-details.php, Docket Number - 6141059, after denying services by the Jeeves People.
They don't recognize me by my phone number - 9900413919, by Order ID and even by Policy Number, which they issued.
As information by several website- Jeeves Consumer Services & Nokia Brand, both owned by Flipkart.
