Flipkart is a good online shopping covering maximum area in India. This is great to tell that our Indian business is growing fantastically. Just investment of 4lakh in the starting of the business now it has turnover in Billion within 8 years. Wow.!
Now comes to service, it has its good and bad both side. Description related to your selected product will be very clear but when it reach you sometimes it will be having extra print or design.: -( . I guess if they see no stock they are trying to send like this. In other side, mobile related stuff you get perfect.: -) . Cancellation refund is very good. I ordered one product recently with COD but when I checked the product was not pefect. I called customer care and deliver boy came same day, he took the product and also account number for refund. Guess what they had refunded very same day. Thats great. Overall its a good shopping deal.; -)
Just I wanna tell please eloborate to rural area also.
