I got call from Axis Bank credit card agents asking me to apply for this card and they would waive off any joining fees and annual fees saying they would fill the branch code and employee ID, which would waive off these charges on my application. They promised it would be lifetime free credit card.
I believed them and applied for this credit card. My KYC was also done and I got the credit card in 2 days. But after 2-3 days I saw that joining fees was levied on my credit card. When I contacted that WhatsApp number from which I was bugged to apply for this credit card stopped answering my pings. I even contacted the Axis Bank customer service number and chat they kept on telling they have technical glitch and are unable to see my card details and asked me to contact again after 2-3 hrs. This is the worst experience I ever had with any credit card bank. Keep away from these scammers.
