Shankar mahadevan - a different. Review on Five Best Songs of Shankar Mahadevan

I like some of shankar mahadevan's songs very much, as he did those with Rahman. top 5 of them i'm posting here.

1- "Thaniye thannanthaniye" from the movie Rhythm, music composed by Rahman. even the song has no link with the movie story, the way he sang it and the dance is superb. he too performed visual for that song

2- "nee enbathu ethuvarai" from the movie Thirumalai, performed by vijay and jothika. Its a kind of sad song. but still its good.

3- "thenaliku ellam bayam" song from the movie Thenali composed by Rahman and performed by Kamal and Jothika. the movie is full of comedy and the song too. fantastic

4- "santhana thendralai" from the movie Kandukondean Kandukondean composed by Rahman. the movie was performed by Ajith, Mammooty, thabu, Aishwarya Rai. A fantastic song. he sang it with a feel. and the visual of that song too.nice

5- " kathal siluvayil" from recent hit Subramaniapuram. music director is James vasanthan. this is the debut movie for him. performed by Jai, Swathi. this is also a kind of sad song but its lyrics is very very superb which i'll post in English in my DP.

-Baba baba form the movie Baba(Rajini, Music by Rahman)

-Vaa vaa en thalaiva from form Sachien(Vijay, music by Devi Sree Prasad)

-Varaha nathikarai oram from Sangaman(Rahuman, music by Rahman)

-Aalavanthan song from Aalavantham movie(Sung by him and music along with Esan and Loy)

People. I don know Hindi. and most of u don know tamil, so don mind me that i'm posting mostly about Tamil songs.
