My Hi Fi Five. Review on Five Best Reviewers on MouthShut

When you are relatively new on mouthshut and your first four or five reviews hardly fair any better than getting a ''Somewhat Recommended'' or if very lucky and talented a ''Recommended'', you feel desperate and frustrated as to what went wrong with your review and effort. At such times you come across some members who help you write better either with their comments and suggestions or with their reviews, reading which you feel inspired and understand the way beautiful reviews are written.

Though I must admit that I was not very lucky with respect to getting advices from the veterans of mouthshut as my reviews hardly draw any comments, but then I gained a ton from reading the reviews of others.

The Best Five reviewers in my list are those whose reviews have been like foot prints in the desert for me. I have read with awe the reviews that they write and have often wondered as to why such a review never ocurred to me. To be frank in the list of the latest 30 reviews I first search for their name under the authors.

Without any further delay I present before you ladies and gentlemen my favourite five reviewers on mouthshut

Rekh: A member since Nov 16 2002, Rek Sharma from Mumbai has written 106 amazing reviews so far.She has rightly been selected as one of the star writers on mouthshut but believe me when I read for the first time a review by Rekh I knew she was my star writer on mouthshut. Her bindaas style of writing is her trademark.

Her review on Garfield, The Mind of a Married Man, Terminator 3 and the very recent CSI are amazing (that reminds me of another review by her on The Amazing Race).

She rates Happyz, Cpearl,Rjois, CrazeeBiddee, Madlalya, Fatcat, Vivekbp, Suyog, Premjit, Karan23, Tongue-in-cheek, Santoz, Spookaay, Ganeshb, Milinddesai, Samsat, Davieboy, Mouthshutdotcom and Spikeguard phew. let me breathe as the best reviewers on MS so check out for their reviews as well.

rjois: Another star writer on MS and among the few whose reviews I eagerly await.Though she became a member after me (13 Feb '03) she has overtaken me by a wide margin both in terms of quantitaive and qualitative reviews. This lady from New Delhi who calls herself R J has written 27 reviews power packed with wit, humour and facts and after reading them u can not help but smile.Her reviews on Chalte Chalte, the Indian Railways and on Five Worst Actors in Hindi Movies are a must read for anyone who wants to know about the stuff good reviews are made of.Her latest review on Bajaj Sunny is also wonderful.

Suyog:His reviews were among the first reviews I read on mouthshut.If you checkout his profile u will find this

Education: Tired of it. When I read this first, God knows for how long I laughed. His reviews are detailed and informative and not to forget witty. He is a member with a lot of experience on MS, having been a member since 25th Jan '01 and has written 116 reviews. His review on Terminator 3 was adjudged the ROTD.His latest review on Class (Erich Segal) is wonderful.But the crown piece amongst all his creations that I have read is his review on Border Hindustan Ka. (I am sure there must be other reviews by Suyog equally good as this one or maybe even better).His review on Calvin and Hobbes will give you the same satisfaction as the comic strip gives.His other reviews worth reading include Tips on Cooking and his favourite five reviewers on MS.

Davieboy: His reviews are the most creative ones. Check out his review on Tips On Visiting A Shopping Mall where he compares going to a shopping mall to going to a commando mission with his wife being the Commander in Chief. His reviews are very informative like the one on Zakir Hussain.He is a member since 11 Dec '02 and close to completing his half century having written 49 reviews so far. My best wishes are with him.

Mouthshutdotcom: His style of writing sets him apart from the rest. Muneeb Qadir(thats his name) hails from Pakistan and is a member since Nov 8 2002.Its evident from his reviews on General Thoughts on Mouthshut and his latest on Mouthshut Community Centre how committed he is to this site. His review on Jal- The Trap, Darna Mana Hai and Five Best Reviewers on Mouthshut are amazing.His review on his homeland Pakistan and his views on the Indo Pak relationship speaks volumes of his intellect.His favourite reviewers are karana23, premjit, samsat, rekh, Koshish and finally Cousin2.

Well my list does not get over here but the title demands only five names. But other star reviewers on my list whose reviews I really like reading are Cousin2, Karana23, Mariner2, Pakistanigreywolf, Crazysun and Just-Did-It.

I would really recommend the reviews of the above mentioned members to all of you and would also recommend the reviewers who are their favourite.
