I Bought a baby soap and it had an offer on it that if I buy 3 I get 1 free.
So I bought 6 of them and I should have gotten 8=6+2 but received only 6.
Called customer care he said "yes I was eligible for it and I should get it in next 24 hrs.
Nothing happened.
Called again he said he would call back in 24 hrs never called.
Wrote to Customer care, A lady called, said she is sorry it was because of a technical issue and it would not happen again however there is no compensation.
I will get my compensation its not a matter of few rupees its a matter of that trust we give to these websites thinking that they are trustworthy.
