Ordered a product 1 week ago on FirstCry.com(Order number: 1111910985066).
Since 3 days, I have been receiving a message to my mobile saying that the product will be delivered today, but it never happens. Spoke to xpressbees customer care 4 times and escalated the case(Reference number: 12617959), still the product not delivered.
Called the FirstCry's customer case and denied to escalate the case from their and suggested me to escalate it through'My Login'. After raising the voice, customer care executive has escalated the case(Ref: 19616538) and waiting to hear from them now.
A note to FirstCry, investing or providing products is not enough to succeed, chose a better courier service company who brings you name and fame. By the way this is the last order on FirstCry.com
