Time waste!!!. Review on Firstcry

I am sharing my experience with firstcry.com. As we all know that we used online sites for our reliability but I must say that they are worst in it. Last year I have ordered the product on their site on 2 nd Jan and they showed that it will get delivered by 8th jan and on 8 th jan I received an email from their side in which they mentioned some silly reason because of which the delivery of my product got delayed. Not only that but the product I received was also damaged from inside. I have called so many times to their customer support but no help has been provided to me. The first experience was so unimpressable that from that time I have said good bye to this site. And I definitely not recommend this site to anyone. if you want early delivery of your product please go ahead with the paytm mall or any else but not this one.
