It was a dinner date with hubby. We had the constraint to go to a restaurant which is in Hi-tech City( close to our house) as my little baby girl is just a few weeks old and was baby sitted by my mom.
We shortlisted various restaurants and finalised Fire Water Kitchen.based on reviews and ambiance.
Highs
Ambiance- We really liked the ambiance as it was different with dim lights, different kind of wall hangings and the theme they offer.
Huge menu- We were truly impressed by the huge menu they offer as it includes Chinese, Indian, Continental too.
Food- We loved the food items we ordered except a few things.
Manchow soup- It was served perfectly hot, deliciously yum, and had most authentic flavour.
Crumbed fried Mushrooms- This dish is a must try. Its mushrooms stuffed with spinach and served with BBQ sauce. The flavours were amazingly yum.
Kadhai Paneer was good but could have been better with less usage of oil.but still it was flavourful.
Lows-
Too noisy- Though the ambiance is good.but the place seems to be extremely noisy with TV, music and people chattering all over the place.
Over efficient staff- The service is way too good.the waiters take away your plate as soon as you put last bite in your mouth.
Finger bowls are taken away before even you use it.
Rotis- We had ordered three different kind of rotis.and all three were very chewy and a big disappointment. Rumali roti, Garlic Naan and Laccha Parantha were not even near the actual ones.
Overall its a good place and can be visited again by us.provided they work on few things pointed out.
Pricing- We found the rates also to be reasonable
Quantity- The food portions served were also food.
