We were 6 and went for a dinner on my birthday night at around 8 pm and the place was quite deserted. We had our doubts on the restaurant but the reviews kept us going. But later by the night around 8-30 to 9 people came in and the place was more than half filled. The ambiance was cool but the lighting on the bigger seats was dim.
Coming to the food we ordered 2 sets of pulkas of which the first set was little drier. With the pulkas we ordered chana masala. We also wanted to try some kulchas, two masala and two paneer kulchas and with it we ordered methi chaman which was the best of the curries. For a little south indian flavor we ordered gutthi vankaai koora and steamed rice which was better than what we expected.
We actually expected a lot many south indian dishes as mentioned in this menu but none of them were available worst of all they werent even mentioned in the menu. I think they are specifically for lunch. Anyway a little more clarity should be provided in zomato about the menu. The quality of food was amazing the paneer kulchas and methi chaman were the high attractives.
The service was great and deserved much appreciation. The songs were played in optimum volume and the playlist was a good choice.
