I had ordered a personalized app as a birthday gift for a friend on 1st October. I was told that the app would work both on IOS and android. The gift was to be delivered on 4th October. In the evening of 4th October, I receive a call from the developer asking for the Apple id of the person where the app is supposed to be delivered.(imagine; order placed on 1st October and I receive a call on 4th for the apple id). After a lot of arguments with the developer, I was told to call FNP. When I called FNP, they themselves were not sure about the app and they refused to help.
Till now I haven't received any resolution to my complaint. The purpose for which I had placed the order, has been completely defeated.
They have pathetic customer service. Whenever we call a new person picks up and we have to tell our problem right from the beginning.
It was a biggest mistake ordering from FNP.
They don't deliver what they show.
Very unreliable. No solution to your problems.
