This Rakhi I ordered a Doda Burfi+ Rakhi Thali and 500 gms Kaju Katli(Order Number 701141754) to be delivered to my brother in Mumbai on July 31st, as I knew he might not be able to receive it on August 2nd(the day of Rakhi).


The doda and rakhi thali, however, reached on July 30th, with no traces of the Kaju katli. I thought that since they have an additional day, let me wait and see.


On August 1st, I called their customer care number regarding this, and was told something to the effect that they have no idea where my kaju katli package is(even their tracking numbers are useless- only show that an item has been dispatched, not where it is). The customer care executive very readily offered that they would send a replacement, and that it would reach in 3-4 days.


So I waited and waited. On Aug 6 I called them again. What was noteworthy was that it took on an average of 4-5 minutes of waiting time(in both instances) just to speak to a human on the other end of the phone; and on an average of 12-15 minutes EACH time to convey my message to the customer care executives(who disappeared for prolonged periods in between to coordinate with the courier service/ delivery men). They also refused point blank to give me a reference number for the calls- "Madam we will take care of it blah blah.". This time the customer care executive said that by 5PM on Aug 6, the said sweets would be delivered- but even till now, my brother has not received the sweets.


FNP are a bunch of liars with no accountability- don't ever buy from them.
