Pathetic service. Review on Ferns N Petals

I have ordered from FnP quite a few times, for delivery in Delhi & Gurugram and the experience was satisfactory, hence this time I planned to send Rakhi to Renukoot, UP. I booked my order on 4th August and they were flashing on their site “On Time Delivery. Delivery on the chosen date” sort of captions.my order was prepaid & supposed to be delivered by 7th August. When I called my brother on 7 th he didn’t have any information about the courier. When I raised query at FnP , I got the reply that delivery will be done by the courier partners and it can be either prior or after the given date & that they are not responsible for the delivery. Then they asked the feedback and I did write I am not satisfied with their reply. Again the same answer with few lines up and down and they closed my query.

Today on 10 th I have got the message that the courier is dispatched. The link they have given is not working. The blue dart courier AWB given is invalid.

Extremely disappointing and pathetic service. If they can’t deliver on time then they shouldn’t make a fool of us. They just make money on festival time showing flashy gifts and combos.

My sincere advice to all not to book anything through FnP for other than metro cities and avoid during festivals . It’s better to purchase and send a courier ourselves.

I want to give a negative rating but the option is not there.

Product quality I am commenting based on my previous experiences. This time it’s yet to be delivered.

Update:

The courier tracking id they shared is invalid. My Rakhi and other gifts never reached my bro and Rakhi is tomorrow which is holiday. I have mailed them many times but they stereotypically send same mail in reply , just the sender name changes. Throw your money on road but never purchase anything from FnP, not even for your enemies. They just make a fool of us and spoil the happiness of occasion, leave aside the money that is gone.
