I placed an order for flowers and chocolates, meant to be delivered on Valentine's Day. It was heavily overpriced I knew, but I thought if the delivery happens on time, it's worth it. I had placed the order 2 days earlier, so I expected it will be delivered smoothly. But I didn't know that once I made the payment, they will just stop bothering.
I called repeatedly on 14th morning to know the status of my order. Of course, it was rush time, and there was no chance I could get my call through! I was irritated, but then I just hoped blindly that they will do it. I was so wrong.
In the worst case, I was expecting that the quality might not be good, or they might deliver it late. But the gift wasn't delivered at all! Between 6 pm and 11.30 pm, I must have made nearly 100 attempts to just know somehow where the hell was the delivery guy. Nobody called back, nobody bothered to inform.
Today is 15th. I have no idea what happened to my gift, why it wasn't delivered. No communication from their side whatsoever. So I called, and asked to speak to the manager. I was shocked when I was told " How can a manager talk to a customer!" I argued, and then the guy put me on hold. After about 20 mins of waiting, another guy answers, he asks me all my order details again.and then gives the same reply. They had nothing to say except that "your order will be delivered today".
Yet to find out whether they will at least deliver it today or just eat up my money.
I am really sorry I chose them.
