I have had very bad experience from Fedex.I had ordered some item from Ebay, which was shipped through Fedex. For some days there was no clue on tracking status at all. Once the item reached my city for 2 days I had no update, then an Update status showed that the attempt for delivery was failed due to locked house. Interestingly I had complained against the service and the reason given by them on the mail was that they could not locate the house. What a contradiction.
Then after so many complaints and phone calls finally they delivered the item. Again next week, they got the item this time but since it was on COD, I had no change because as I did not think the item will reach me early since the status page showed that the item is about to be shipped. The courier man got angry that he could not wait and he said he will send the courier back.I said ok and he went back with my item. How indecent the whole company is in dealing with a client. they should be good towards there customer because customer is everything for a company and I don't think so that they would get better reviews with this type of service.
