Absolutely naive and rubbish cable tv service provider. Had posted a simple request to upgrade my Set top box from SD to HD as I bought a new TV which only supports HD.
The customer care executive told me that it'll cost 700 rupees and it'll be done very easily in 2-6hours same day. When no one contacted me, I called again, they said max time is 48 hrs. Now, after 48 hrs, no one has come and I called them again, they are asking me to wait for 48 hours more.
Moreover, the SMS that they share about the technician details who will visit you has no idea about it and denies duty.
Can this company get any more unprofessional?
Tata Sky is much better. Only getting this cause my parents want to see local devotional channels.
