Want to share the recent experience with the fastrack gear and it is horrible,
Bought a fastrack wanderer goggles and this fastrack gear and they were looking very good. The glass of the fastrack gear came out of the frame in just 3 weeks due to the sudden shock. I was very disappointed as they are charging very high for these glasses and they are not able to fix it properly in the frame.
Anyways I gave it to a shop instead of giving it to their authentic shop for free repair as the shop was very far from my house and the shop's number which is in Sitabuldi, Nagpur was busy almost every time.
They don't understand our concern if visited and always force us to pay the amount by taking their hands off by just saying- this issue is not covered in warrenty. Pathetic service and they need to work in this aspect.
The other fastrack wanderer was good only but both were throughly expensive and the overall purchase is not value for money.
