I purchased a couple of Fastrack Sunglasses in November 2013 from In-Orbit Malad, the covering on its glasses began blurring inside 6 months from the date of procurement.
I went to their other outlet in Inorbit Mall around October 2014, Vashi, with these combine of glasses and was astonished by the Managers reaction, tolerance and mindfulness to my issue, notwithstanding when I had purchased the glasses from another store.
I needed to present my glasses for confirmation and inside few days I got a call from a similar director, expressing that my glasses can't be supplanted, yet consequently a credit note has been issued for a similar sum that I had paid for my glasses.
Qudos to Fastrack Management for such client cordial staff and fabulous administrations.
Will prescribe Fastrack to just for its Service Quality.
