This happened to me 3~4 times, and today was the worst of all. 2 drivers calling me and complaining on each other that both were asked to pick me up. They are asking customer to co-ordinate with 2 drivers, why should I bother? No one turned up finally, I had to go by an Auto.
They are not punctual due to this I had to catch an Auto and cancel cab pickup couple of times in past.
Finally my recommendation is.... if you planned your day then avoid FastTrack.
