This was the story of 23rd November when we booked Fast Track taxi. It was booked at 9.30 AM in Morning & arrival time was showing 10 mins as we had to Delhi Domestic Airport from Greater Noida. We also called cab Driver Rajender at shown No. he replied coming within 10 mins. Meanwhile we start to final pack up & came down from home. But he came after 25 mins despite 5 times call in between, we have to reach Airport from Delhi to Mumbai our flight time was 2.30 PM we were supposed to reach there at 12.30 PM 2 hour before, but due he came late we get in trouble on the way. It was wagonR, but ok for 5 persons.
The Driver attitude was very rude, we were 5 nos. Me, wife, Parents & Gudia. On the way he address that he would charge Rs 150/- Extra for carriage we denied to give that & talk to customer care . they also instruct Driver Not to charge this extra amount. But he did not accept & turn off the vehicle at Dhaula Kuan metro station. We argued him alot due to it was getting late My father try to make him understand, then he agreed at Rs 100/- Extra. Then he had us there at Airport.
Although we had the Airport but this was a terrible Journey of 2 hrs . We were very late but Thanks to god it was before flight take off. I can not forget this way of Attitudes of Driver Rajender & Fast track Taxi.
