I had very bad experience with this guys. One month before I given the return request still I am keeping the product with me they are not sending anyone to pick up the product.
I send more than 15 emails to the customer care the only response is "Dear Ashly, Greetings from Fashionandyou.com!
Thank you for your email. We acknowledge your concern and apologize for the inconvenience caused. However we are looking into the issue on top priority and your request for reverse pickup is already under process.
Kindly allow us some time regarding the same. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard." this is what I am receiving from the last one month please don't go with this site if you need fast delivery and fast return.
