I bought 2 lehngas on October 13, 2016 and when I received them I was shocked at the quality.(Order No. 200097656 & 200097666)
Just because people buy online the online site are selling stuff that you wouldn't buy in the local roadside haat.
And when it's time to return the product the companies just shut themselves out and you are left with a bad quality product and a bad experience trying to reach out to a team whose sole aim is to make sure they do not return you your money.
I have written several emails to the Fashion and you team and also tried calling them many times(the ivr had put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and no one took my call) but there has been absolutely no response from their end.
They have taken back one of the orders( Order No. 200097666) but not processed the refund as for the other order(Order No. 200097656) they are not even responding to my emails.
Latest Update: Nov 09, 2016
They did pick up the other order too but now NOT RESPONDING to Refund.
Even though one of the order was picked up on Oct 28, 2016 I have NOT YET received the refund and they keep sending me this standard email to all my queries:
