RCM is a private sector marketing company founded in 1988. I was an part of RCM since 4 years.
No any basic salary is given by the company to its agent. You have to work as to add more peoples to the company and expand the members of team.
If you have no extra time, then this company is not good for you. You have to give your full time to sell products of this company. Since it is not a government company, your job is not secure. You can earn only through your work commission and then you can growth a little step.
Work environment is not too good. You have to organize seminars as well as meeting regularly outside your city to add peoples.
