My new faber hob purchased on 17-03-21 started giving trouble within one week of purchase, had to wait around ten days for service, after repeated reminder calls one technician came and temporarily solved the issue, he did not seem to know much, took some money from me to clean some stain on the burner, though my warranty period was on.Now my automatic lighting function is gone, all four burners make noise on lighting and knobs give electric shocks to fingers, I have made four complaints to the customer care since last eight days, I am still waiting for the technician, I feel I am cheated by the company, least expected from the house of Faber, they have outsourced service providers who are very poor and no sincerity in the work, like Global Export Services, who royally fleeced us over last 18 years over annual contract services with our earlier hob,
