On 19th September I was planned to book a ticket. Then I come across ezeego1 offers. To make it clear about offer deals[Ofcourse I was in doubt about their offers], I was trying to contact them on phone. Almost I have waited for 30 minutes each time for three successive calls. Till now I have tried to contact them many times but never succeseeded.They are always busy.


Anyway I have booked a ticket.As per their offer I should get a free ticket of Indigo and  free futurebazaar online gift voucher.Ofcourse I got a free ticket code e-mail but it is not accepting while booking. I have tried to contact customer care of ezeego1 but it is always busy.


Till date I didn't get futurebazaar gift voucher. Since their customer care is busy and I wrote a 3 mails to them. But  till date there is no replay.Please beware of their cheating offers. COmpare the prices using rediff airtickets and book through a airlines web sites . It is safe and more relaible.

After this review their customer care peoples contacted me thrice and finally I have recieved the future bazaar gift vouchers  but not utilized their free ticket offer.


Seems to be they are improving their customer care.
