I have chosen EZMOVE to shift within Chennai for a difference of 3000 and perfect quality promise quoted by Agarwal.
During payment, They have promised there will be a dedicated move coordinator.
> During the move, no person will be there in place. he will attend the call and say will call back in 10 minutes.
During payment - They promise glass item will be packed in the bubble sheet.
During move - They will ask a bucket and dump there. You will get broken things.
EZMOVE Team
You will be promised for quality service and other things by a person(Ram).
There will be new coordinator assigned in email(Satendra Verma).
When you call he will ask you to call(yum). Where Yum will call you after 10 mins. Never calls you back.
Suddenly if you email. A new person will come between and say. Local shiting will be done as per their plan(R.N.Sharma).
Tracking Promise: No Tracking of goods as they promise.
Packing and unpacking: Few items like plastic wardrobe they will not assemble and give you. But they are good in making part by part.
Packing materials: All they bring 10 boxes and 1 paper sheet roll. You need to manage with your big shoppers.
Schedule: Add 5 Hrs to promised Pickup time.
It all depends on the local vendor they tied up with. I can't blame the local vendor. It's all EZMOVE issue.
I recommend choose some proper DIRECT vendor instead of brokers like EZMOVE where they do only for commission.
I completely don't recommend EZMOVE.
