Very bad service I can see Express IT- doesn't even have a phone that you can call, 5 nos I called- all are not reachable. icici said I should call them, I have airway bill no. but cannot contact any number, customer service has only ONE no. of mumbai, no other city.
Unable to understand why icici bank will use such a pathetic courier, cheap service. avoid it. let them vanish. better to pay extra use DHL etc.
