They have a staff of full of illiterate people. Don't know how to answer the guest in english. Agents are totally lost in their own world. As well as the manager named Swastik doesn't know how to talk properly with the guest! Don't ever invest in this company.
Total loss of the money. Beware stay away from this company. Some agent will arrive to your place and will start begging like a begger to buy a policy and after buying he suddenly gets vanished and doesn't pick up the call also.
