I can't believe I'm writing this review, but I read this book in a day and it is just so bad. The recipes are bland and uninspiring. There's no creativity in the cooking methods. It's just not exciting at all. I was expecting more from a celebrity chef like Tarla Dalal!
This book is not worth the money. I bought it on a whim and was really excited to have something new to cook, but the recipes are bland and uninspired. The pictures are also quite blurry and don't show what the recipes should look like.
I recently purchased the book "Exciting Vegetarian Cooking". I am very disappointed with the quality of this book. The recipes are bland and uninspiring. The ingredients are not fresh and the instructions are vague. This is not a vegetarian cookbook, it's a bad book!
