EXCITEL BROADBAND PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Friends I am from Hyderabad, my name is Ram. This is my honest, personal review based on my own experience after 1-month.


I have taken Excitel Broadband connection on 15/Aug/2019 for 3 months where I paid them the total amount since from that day this network showed me hell,


1) Network is getting frequently disconnected.


2) Most of the times network itself won't connect.


I paid through google pay to one of his salesperson named Ramesh, within the next day Excitel activated the service and given me the slip on the name of Excitel.


Now the main story starts here:-


Now when I call to the salesperson from whom I have taken the connection he brought local technician, he behaved rudely on me and said I don't listen to your words if you say anything say to Excitel and he left, leaving the problem as it is.


Now I asked the salesperson Ramesh what is this? He said, no no I will bring another technician, now he will be coming from Excitel itself.


So I understood that Excitel Broadband is not a large service, it is co-coordinating with local partners and providing the connection.


After 2 weeks, another technician came and he asked the local guy to do something at the box and said me to check, so now I thought it is fine, once he left issue was same, I called him immediately and said come back again issue was repeating, he came back and saw but couldn't able to do anything.


I asked them to refund the amount, I don't want your worst connection, he said I will update to the team, now almost all 1-month over, nobody is responding.


When I call to Excitel they are telling you paid to local-person check with them we are not responsible when I call to the local sales guy Ramesh whom I brought the connection he is saying we are not responsible we already paid to Excitel, they need to refund.


And when I mail to Excitel no response to the mails, nobody will update anything, they know only how to loot people.


When I call to local network(AKSHAYA NETWORKS) guy of Excitel partner who given me the connection, they know only one answer check with Excitel.


When I call to Excitel these worst network fellows know only one answer check with local network guy, we will update you will get the callback.


Guys, I doubt that they don't have proper appellate authority as per the TRAI rules and regulations.


Because there is no contact number provided nor they will not respond to any emails, if we ask EXCITEL people to connect they will say we don't have access to anything, we cant connect anybody just the repeated same old story they will say.


I paid the amount for 3-months, not even one day I have used the network properly.


Friends, don't entertain this cheater if you pay them your hard-earned money is lost ., and you will not get your money.
